Housings Made with Various Materials and Technologies
As part of this project, we designed and manufactured two housings with distinct characteristics:
Housing 1: Produced using SLS 3D printing with PA12 for increased lightness and precision.
Housing 2: Machined in aluminum, offering robustness and durability suitable for the application.
These parts demonstrate our ability to combine different techniques to meet the needs of the automotive industry.

Lever and Linkage:
Lever: Shaft with finger, overmolded with hard resin and manufactured with a pink resin mold.
Linkage: Triangle with shaft, made from fine sheet metal (laser cutting, bending, stamping, welding) with soft resin overmolding.
Round Parts: Machined in aluminum and plastic for specific applications.
Prototype Spring: Designed and manufactured with an in-house hardening and tempering process.
